Checkbox: Initialize the hidden input's indeterminate state when checked or defaultChecked is
"indeterminate".
Color Picker: Fix api.setFormat not changing the format or calling onFormatChange.

- Label the calendar grid with the visible month in the picker's locale.
- Remove the English-only aria-roledescription from the content and table parts.
- Apply translations.placeholder to the input.
